Slight disappointment on wall thickness

IKT’s LinerReport ranks the performance of both CIPP contractors and individual lining systems. CIPP-liner samples from six countries were tested. Results are still at high level. Only wall thicknesses are more frequently below target. Most non-German companies also score well. The report includes Austrian, Czech, Dutch, German, Swiss and UK results.

Liner quality continues to be high. Slight improvements over last year. CIPP lining gaining in importance in Europe, accompanied by increasing quality awareness. Liner Report 2014 includes Dutch, Austrian and Swiss results. IKT is pleased to present its LinerReport, for the eleventh year. This report is based on nearly 1,800 CIPP-liner samples taken for Quality Control purposes at installation sites and tested by the IKT Test Centre for CIPP liners…

IKT introduces: New Member TOA, Japan

IKT introduces TOA GROUT KOGYO Co., Ltd., Japan, as a new member of the IKT-Association of Industry and Service. TOA was established in 1958, at the early stage of high economic growth period of Japan. Sewer pipe rehabilitation with SEAMLESS LINER has become the core business for TOA in the last few years. In 2014 TOA has installed 15.000 m of its SEAMLESS LINER.

IKT test centres reaccredited

Following the new provisions concerning accreditation in Germany, IKT has now had its building-product test centre in Gelsenkirchen reaccredited, and that in Arnhem (Netherlands) accredited for the first time. The IKT test centres have thus given unequivocal proof of their competence, as is documented under DAkkS (German National Accreditation Body) accreditation number D-PL-18196-01-00.
